Background.
The concept of TRIPO emerged from personal experience with home projection. Some of the various challenges were the inconvenience of adjusting the projection angle while lying down and the necessity for a nearby power source.
Ideation.
The primary emphasis in shaping the initial ideas was enhancing the overall experience by achieving fluid, unhindered movement, safeguarding the lens and buttons, and ensuring portability.
Solution.
TRIPO's distinctive design empowers it to effortlessly pivot across four different angles, all without requiring a tripod or external assistance. Its broader base further guarantees stability.
To achieve the optimal user experience and reach efficient usability, numerous iterations were undertaken and validated through testing with 3D-printed mock-ups to confirm the concept's iconic functionality.
